摘要: 强脉冲光(intense pulsed light, IPL)是一种相对较新的治疗睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction, MGD)导致脂质异常型干眼的方法。IPL联合睑板腺疏通不仅对MGD等引起的脂质异常型干眼有确切的疗效,并可防止睑缘炎相关角结膜炎复发,对于水液缺乏型干眼、手术及生活方式造成的干眼也是一种有前景的治疗方案。多种方法联合治疗可能对于难治性干眼具有重要的作用。(国际眼科纵览,2023, 47:373-377)

Abstract: Intense pulsed light (IPL) is a relatively new treatment for meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) causing lipid deficiency dry eye.  IPL combined with meibomian gland expression (MGX) is not only effective in treating MGD and other lipid deficiency dry eye, but also prevents the recurrence of blepharitis-associated keratoconjunctivitis (BKC), and is a promising treatment option for aqueous tear deficiency dry eye, surgical and lifestyle-related dry eyes. The combination of multiple approaches may have an important role in refractory dry eyes.(Int Rev Ophthalmol, 2023, 47: 373-377)
